The Commission on Transitional Ministries has been delegated authority by the Presbytery to administer pastoral contracts and initial terms of call. It works with congregations that are in the midst of an active pastoral transition, including dissolving pastoral relationships and starting new ones. It assists congregations in the midst of conflict, when necessary. |
