Carroll University is a Presbyterian liberal arts university located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Many of our Presbytery’s leaders are proud alumni, and our congregations and the Presbytery itself team with the Carroll Office of Spiritual Life to provide faith-based programs. The Carroll pastoral residency offers opportunities for recent seminary graduates to work both at the university and in a congregation.

The Presbytery of Milwaukee is in covenant relationship with the Dangme-Tongu Presbytery, of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. In addition to periodic exchange visits, the partnership offers opportunities to engage in mutual ministry.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit homeownership ministry that builds simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with people in need. For many years, several congregations have built homes as the Presbyterian Coalition, and the Presbytery has promoted and contributed to Habitat’s efforts.

The Presbytery of Milwaukee is a member of Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee, a nonprofit organization through which the regional leaders and adherents of 22 member faiths and denominations dialogue to build personal relationships, conduct public programming to counter hate and fear while fostering interfaith, intercultural and interracial understanding, tolerance and friendship, and work together on hunger, unemployment, environmental challenges and other social issues to create a better society for everyone.

Presbyterian Homes and Services of Wisconsin offers senior residential living options, as a Christian ministry. There are currently five campuses in the Presbytery’s footprint. The Board of Directors includes members of the Presbytery’s congregations.

United Church Camps, Inc. offers outdoor ministries, principally at three retreat centers: Moon Beach, Cedar Valley, and Daychollah. Milwaukee Presbytery has a covenant relationship to support and promote these ministries.

The Presbytery of Milwaukee is a member of the Wisconsin Council of Churches, a network of Christian churches and faith-based organizations. Exercising holy imagination, the churches help one another make courageous choices that lead toward peacemaking, social and economic justice for Wisconsin’s most vulnerable residents, the vitality of the church, and the well-being of our neighbors. The Presbytery provides financial support and leadership.
