The Stated Clerk of Presbytery is an elected officer, member of the Executive Leadership Team, and accountable to the presbytery through Personnel. The Stated Clerk serves as a resource person to all commissions, committees, teams, and task groups of Presbytery. The Stated Clerk assists the Presbytery in deciding questions of polity, ecclesial order; serves as parliamentarian; and provides advice on the polity and policies of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to the churches and members of Presbytery.

The Associate for Ministry Vitality’s primary function is to provide staff support and to help facilitate the work of the Commission on Pastoral Ministries and the Congregational Vitality Commission.

The Administrative Assistant directs and manages the day to day activities of the Presbytery and facilitates timely, effective, and informative communication between the Milwaukee Presbytery and its constituents through the use of various media platforms.

The Presbytery Evangelist reaches out to people who might be seeking a deeper spiritual connection to God and to a faith community, through contemplation, Just Action, hospitality, and worship.

Evangelista del Presbiterio/Presbytery Evangelist for Latinx Ministries

The Presbytery Evangelist for Latinx Ministries leads the church of Jesus Christ to grow in faith and life by providing pastoral leadership in the area of evangelism, working with and under the direction of the presbytery. The primary responsibility of the Evangelista del Presbiterio is to lead Parroquia San Jose [a joint Spanish-speaking ministry of the Presbytery of Milwaukee (PCUSA) and the South Central Synod of Wisconsin (ELCA) in Beloit, WI] in its congregational worship services, outreach efforts, and lay leadership training initiatives. The Evangelista del Presbiterio also coordinates Gospel outreach to university students through campus ministry, including outreach to Spanish-speaking students and others interested in cross-cultural ministry experiences and mission engagement. The Evangelista del Presbiterio represents the Presbytery with ecumenical ministry partners including the Wisconsin Council of Churches and the Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee, working on special projects for sharing our faith to Spanish-speaking persons and in cross-cultural settings.

Treasurer

The Treasurer oversees the corporate and financial responsibilities of the Presbytery and interprets the finances to the Presbytery, the Council, and Presbytery staff.
